The brief
The web application serves as a digital twin of a manufacturing plant, integrating real-time sensor data to provide a comprehensive view of the plant’s operational health. It visualizes the overall health index through a line chart, alongside predictive curves based on current operating conditions. The application also displays sensor-generated alerts at specific plant locations and provides a drill-down view of the underlying variables contributing to each alert, enabling plant operators to investigate anomalies and take timely corrective action.
My contribution
I led the UI design and data visualization, collaborating with another UX designer on the overall user experience (UX) design.
Users
The primary users are manufacturing plant operators responsible for monitoring the plant’s real-time operational health and processes.
