The brief
The web application was designed for operators to monitor the daily schedules of electric buses, track route and trip statuses, respond to sensor-generated alerts, access diagnostic support during bus breakdowns, and manage trip cancellations. To support real-time decision-making, operators required an integrated analytical dashboard that consolidated these diverse data streams into a holistic view of fleet operations.
My contribution
I independently designed and developed the Gantt chart visualization to present all the required operational information. The overall UX design of the application was managed collaboratively by a team of three UX designers.
